What is grade 15 in CBQ

i got an offer in Commercial bank of qatar , and my grade is 15 can i know what is the grading system in CBQ lowest to highest ... Thanks

and what about this bank as employer

Grading start from 7 up to 24 and then THE " Special Ones "

Generaly speaking it is a supervisory/managerial level (From a corporate perspective not the job it self),,, BUT it does not mean that you will be managing staff.

The whole issue depends in which department and your job responsibilities

Hi websol2007, the information given by amitraj1978 is not correct. The grading system works the other way round, ie. drivers are Grade 7 or so. I don't know at which level the Grades peak, however...

can you tell me salary so we can assumes the grade.grades are from 15 to 1.depending on ur negotiation
