As usual consider two things: What would you make in your own country? Can you save any money on that offer?

Do note that cost of living is high, and that salary's are based on nationality

QR.15 THOUSAND +HOUSING+CAR WAS GOOD OFFER FOR FINANCE MANAGER BUT ANOTHER LEADING CO.HERE IN QATAR THEY OFFER MORE FROM 22 THOUSAND BASIC SALARY PLUS ALLOWANCES.

some what ok, but not that much attractive package. reasonable is QR. 25000/- plus all damn things
