Urgent - Salary for a civil engineer

Hi,

I am asked by an employer for my salary expectations for a civil engineer position with 10 years experience in drainage/sewerage. Could anyone provide me with a salary range plus benefits that i can expect. I am an Irish citizen with 10 years experience working in Ireland & UK but have no experience in the Middle East. I intend to relocate on my own and my family (wife & 2 children) currently do not wish to relocate. Any advise appreciated.
