URGENT HELP FOR JOB OFFER. PLZ REVIEW

HI my dear friends
i`m Egyptian with chemical engineering bac degree working in Saudi Arabia as regional sales for MENA region with 8 years experience in projects and sales.
i got the below offer from landscape and pool company in Qatar.

job title: waterproofing manger responsible about sales and projects
basic salary :10,000 QR/ MONTH
accommodation :5,000 QR/ MONTH
transportation : Provided by the company
sponsorship Status : Family Status (Self, Spouse and up to 1 child)
ticket : Once in 1 (one) year (Economy Class)
Annual leave : 21 days per annul
MEDICAL TREATMENT :Government Health Card will be provided by the company.
could any one advise me Is this offer suitable for family waiting the 1st child.
and if it`s not suitable how much i should request.
