UNPAID LEAVE - FIRST YEAR OF WORK
Hi guys, hope you can help me here,
I'm at my first year of work with my new company and have been provided with UNPAID LEAVES, as I'm not entitled to paid leaves yet after one year of job completion.
My question is, Shouldn't those unpaid leaves just affect to my base salary?? I mean, as per Qatar Law I should still get my whole amount of monthly allowance, Am I wrong?
When you quit your job, Gratuity and remaining annual leaves are calculated according to the BASE SALARY only. That's why I wonder this.

Unpaid leaves are considered as if you don't work to the company, thus you don't get any of your total package... Allowances are only paid when you are on "sick leave" supported by an authenticated medical certificate...
