Ticket Allowance

Hello everyone,

I need some advise regarding my friend's ticket allowance. Someone bought her ticket going back home for her annual leave and when she ask her company for encashment of her ticket allowance, they required her to submit with them the receipt to prove that she did not bought it by herself because if it is so, they will not accept her request to encash her ticket allowance. Now, she found out that base on the receipt that she gave them that will be her entitlement. When my friend check in their accredited Travel agency, the price is QR. 3,770.00 but, when they send the quotation the price is the same with her receipt which is QR 2570.00

She felt that, there is a conspiracy since the travel agency is their sister company. What will be the best thing to do? just to accept it or to ask the travel agency if the price provided to her company is correct.
