Suitable salary, please help

Hi, Greetings to all of you. I am quite impressed with the help provided on this site to all new comers to Qatar.

I am currently working in Dubai in an insurance company. Recently I got a call from an MNC insurance company in Qatar. I am an engineer from India and working in insurance field for last 4 1/2 years (8 months in Dubai). My total experience is approx 10 years which includes non insurance experience also.

My package in Dubai is AED 10,000 (incl all).

I would request you all kind people reading this to tell me what salary I should ask considering my experience & current package. I don't want to be underpaid or overpaid.

Your reply will help me a lot, since I may get their call in a couple of days.
