Suggestions needed..

I have been job hunting for the past months to no avail. It seems companies here offer a remuneration of 3QR or lower for human resource/secretarial/admin. positions. I have had job offers which I consider as not commensurate with my work experience.

What type of company can offer a salary package of at least 5QR? Is there any age bracket for applicants here in order to receive such amount? Do companies consider one's race in handing out job offers?
