SUGGEST ME ON THIS OFFER will this be enough

I am an pilipino and wanting to work in Qatar.I have been offered in a Engineering company the post of Internet Researcher for 1700 QATARI RIYAL and the package will be with food, accommodation allowance and company provided transportation. I am a 2 years course graduate here in the phillipines.
Is this a good offer for a newbie here in qatar shall i accept this offer or not.

You can get that in Manila. For two years experience. Ask for more and Negotiate, If they won't give what you asked for atleast you tried your best! God Bless!
