Silly question : Net and Gross

Hello everybody!

Can you help me please in understanding the following statement from the offer I got:

"Gross Monthly Salary QR.---/- pm (---) which is computed as Basic Salary QR.---/- pm + Food allowance
QR.---/- pm + City Compensatory Allowance QR.---/- pm + Other Allowance to cover your Local expenses (Laundry, Mobile) QR.---/- pm"

The question is : does this mean I will get the whole "gross salary" amount into my bank account or only "basic salary" amount? Is this regular way to mention salary in the offers?
