Salary for Software Engineer with 2.5 Years of Experience

Hello/Salam,

I have been recently in talks with a consultant company for the job of OnSite Out Source Engineer for AlJazerah. I have experience of around 2.5-3 years. They have offered me 14,000 QR with Health Insurance and Ticket/Visa every third month (untill I get permanent). What do you guys think of it. Please help me in making decision to accept it or ask for more.
I am single but will get married soon, hopefully within 6-8 months. Please advise me.
