Hi...
I am conducting a survey so would like to know the salary scale for the following postions in the hotel industry (5 stars, 4 stars or 3 stars doesnt matter):
General Manager
Chief Accountant
Accountant
Income Auditor
Night Auditor
Sales manager
Human Resource Coordinator/Admin
Executive Housekeeper
Executive Chef / Head Chef
Receptionist
Room Boy (House keeping)
Waiter

I need to know the salary scales in qatar...not any where else...do u know a way of getting hold of infomration cuz im in the HR department and my Manager wants me to find out these information to re structure the salaries...

obviously, conducting a salary survey in an open forum is not a good idea.
