Salary range for a nursery manager?

I am wondering how much is the typical salary range for a nursery manager in Doha. I am from US, 3 years experience in management role, currently living in Doha under my husband sponsorship and recently got a job offer as a manager for a new established nursery in Doha. The owner asked about my salary expectation, however, I have no clue.

your pay scale can go approx 12K to 18K.Because doctor get at around 24K to 30K.
