Salary range

Hello,
Am Planning to come 2 Qatar. am an Indian Mechanical engineer with UK Masters qualifications in Mechanical Engineering with 12 Years Field experience. Am interested to work for any good Engineering Consulting Company in qatar. I have a family with 2 kids. How are the companies usually offering packages there to engineers? How much Basic salary should i ask the company with my qualifications and Experience? excluding the Accomodation, transportation, Kids school fees assistance, Yearly Tickets etc. Genuine replies will be highly appreciated.

basic salary 15K, house rent 10K, Plus kids education, Plus Air ticket, Plus etc.
