SALARY - Queries

Of late, we have been receiving a lot of queries on job offers and salaries. It has become a headache, poeple asking questions without disclosing the full details of the job offer. How one can reply from out of the blue ?
There is nothing wrong in asking this query, since they are entering into a new country.
But sometime it seems, they want to "show off" their big pay packet. Sometime they do ask questiosn which are nonsense.
I think others may respond to my observations.
it is always good to provide some basic info so tat others may help in providing valuable info & guidance.
however, 1 must be cautious as not to offend the others.

Well The-birdie.. I guess that you are right some people just want to show off what they have..
But I guess that depends on what's te cristal on which you are looking through: meaning you can say that they are showing off, OR, you may think that there're a lot of opportunities to fight for..
