Salary of an offer from a Internaional Chain Hotel

Your precious comments have saved my efforts in struggling making decision. REALLY appreciate it.

After 3 years of experience in multi chain hotels, I moved to a local hotel in Asia for the purpose of a promotion to a manager. Now I am trying to find a managerial position in a better organized international chain hotel but this offer is a bit tough due to the salary even though I like the hotel brand.

dude please don't accept this offer as duty manager.

you may find offers better than this in one of the bests in india as a foreigner. make use of that american certificate in any good international chain instead of degrading yourself.

try to negotiate and make a good decision.

remember cost of living in doha is shootin up day by day.

You must consider that the cost of living in Doha can be higher than in many parts of the US with the possible exceptions of New York and San Francisco. I don't think too many of us would take a salary cut to come here. Your working conditions are more likely to be better in the US. Sorry to be discouraging but unless you really like the idea of the Gulf and your company considers this a step up the ladder you are better off back in the US.
