Salary different from the contract

I would like to ask your opinion about the issue wherein, the salary given to the employees are different with the contract signed from the country of origin.
Is there anything we can do about it?
Because I have friends and they have a lot of complaint about the company they are working at as of now.
They work 12hours a day. And they are only allowed to take off 4x a month wherein if they took that off it will be salary deducted (That means there is no day off right?). They are not even allowed to go outside the accommodation for more than 3hrs if it is not their day off and in most cases they are not allowed to go out.
I believe that the owner of the company does not know about it. The Manager and the Supervisor which are both Indian are my doubt.
From my friends story, they told me they are forced by the manager and supervisor to sign the payslip during pay day, note that the sheet has a slot or tab wherein the salary amount is left blank. I doubt that they are not really giving the correct amount that the employees should receive.
If there are good people here that could help my friends, you are most welcome.
Kindly...please advice.

alert the owner of the company and if they are not paid according to the contract tell them to approach Labour Dept.

Is it possible to keep themeselves anonymous? Labour Law, what I think is focusing on big companies. Any other ideas? Like how can they start justice, for sure their name will be mentioned. Is it possible to ask for an top secret investigation for the two boss?

This is slavery and you should not put up with it. You should report to the proper authorities immediately.

A boss is always a boss. There is nothing to do with his nationality. If you think people face injustice then approach the Labour Department with proper evidence.

Welcome to Qatar my friend.

Also you state that you don't think the owner knows about it - what a crock - of course he does and if he does not know, he should know, it is his business in the most literal sense of the word!!
