Salary & Allowances

Dear QL members,

How much can be demanded as salary & allowance for handling assignment in private sector company as "Sr.Accountant" or "Inventory Controller" Presently i am handling the role of inventory control with bit finance/admin/operation functions added to my current work profile. Basically i am finance professional (MBA Finance & Intermediate CA) with total 12+ years of gulf experiance & 5+ years of experiance in India & having exposure to handle finance & inventory functions at top functional level. My present CTC is less than QR.10K (as package) & feel that i am not rightly paid for my contribution, hence thinking of talking to my management or quit. I am much confused to take the decision of quiting job, as my family is here & my kids education will be spoiled for a year if i quit without NOC & looking for labor law amendments in Qatar regarding new NOC issue. Looking for your valuable suggesitions.

you can get more salary, I am an Accountant-Receivable (Mid Level Career) (Don't have degree or any Accounting Professional courses) but my company paying me 6000 Qr. brother in your qualification you can get more Qrs. 15000/-

No need to become harsh or quit , just request them to Increase salary due to Inflation in Qatar. otherwise wait & search for better.
