at resignation, what i wil get from company

Hi all.

Please help me on this.

I came from vacation 3 weeks before. and it was after completing my 2 years. I got one month full salary and return ticket for that.

Now I am ready to give my Resignation letter to go back to my country and settle. this is with 1 month notice. that means effecting on 28th February.

Please tell me what are the benefits I will get at the time i leave the company. eg. like gratuity, ticket...

Please advice on this to me.

When u come from vacation u hve to complete six month then u can resign ,u hve to give two month notice according to labour law and u will get 21days gratuity per year,with your own ticket .Please check ur labor contract.

as per Qatari Labour law you will get 21 days basic salary per year as end of service benefits / Gratuity

It depends what is in your contract. read the contract you signed when you joined the company.
