Relocation advice + salary dicsussion

HI guys i got one issue though i will open separate thread but anyway if any one answer here it will be great

Problem is that i have My mark sheet for higher education but i dont have degree certificate my friend told me that i need degree certificate without it its not possible to process visa also i got email from HR says that i need degree certificate , i sent all documents and wrote the reason why i dont have degree certificate i am yet to hear from their side meanwhile if anyone here have idea what to do if i dont have degree certificate ?

Muhamadharis68 gave you good info. It also depends on how much you are able to save in India now... so if you can save 700 USD... then dont bother.. at least you need to be able to double your monthly savings before deciding to come to qatar... as for the insurance I believe your company should provide some.. you aslo need to discuss your leave and annual ticket and any other allowances you may have such as transportation allowance. I also believe you can get basic medical treatment at Hamad Hospital after getting annual ID (i think it cost 100 QAR or so)

Since your company will be taking care of your accommodation, you should manage to save around QR 4000 monthly. As for the medical insurance, there is no law yet to make it mandatory. However, some companies may be offering this facility and you need not worry on this at this stage. Just grab the offer and come over.

assuming u r still not married, Is 6500/- includes ur housing allownce?? if compnay is providing u housing then its OK otherwise it will cost u alot. about medicle insurance u need to discuss with HR. discuss about ur annual leaves and yearly air ticket as well. For ur worry being Vegetarian, let me tell u there r thousands Vegetarian in qatar without any problem. many Vegetarian indian resturants r here in qatar. if u plan to keep ur family with u in future, discuss with HR this as well
