Regarding my Salary

Please help me out from this problem..

What i have to do if company is not giving the salary from last 4 months. I am staying with my family and now i have too much loan on my shoulders but there is no response from the management.

they are telling about the funds problem what i have to do with..

go to labor department and file a complaint

go immediately to the labor office and report them for non payment of salary.

But i dont NOC also i want to go back to my home country, and i dont want job here, i am going back to home country completely so i have to take my salary to return my debts here in qatar.

are they the one who brought you into Qatar? IF NO,please try putting in for another job.Just do something to leave there,Housing is expensive for a family man to waste his time.I know of few companies in Qatar that don't pay and it pains me when i hear people talking of not being paid.

This the hardest part in bringing families in worst times , salary is not available for you 4 months already , if you will complain it will add mores problem matters for your company and add more burden for you also.
