RasGas/Grade 7

I'm holder of Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering & Masters in Industrial Engineering with 10 years experience(4 years in Oil&Gas).
I have been offered a position as a non-sponsored female,so that will cut off the given allowances. The offered basic salary is 11,000 QR per month plus 9,000 allowances. Is this a fair offer?
Do you think it would be worth negotiating for a little more?

I've always heard about the western countries claiming discrepancy against females and this is my first time to see one.

The only possibility is the position is too low for your qualification, otherwise, the offer is rediculous. But it's definetly your decision based on your own circumistances.
