QP Offer Letter

I was interviewed by QP for a Financial Analyst position on Jan 30 and did my medical on Jan 31. So far I have not received any offer letter, does anyone know what is the normal turn around time for offer letter to be received? And is it possible to negotiate the offer once the offer letter is received?

..for me, med results in 11 days..entry visa in 10 days...
