QP benefits and policy

you get an interest free car loan of QR.55 K. I am not sure if you can keep the rest or they pay only the actual.

Even if both of you are working in QP. you get allowances. But if she is under your sponsorship, her housing allowance will be partial. and also she wont get ticket. other allowances are the same. only you will get children’s education allowance.

you will find that the car loan is against a purchase receipt and if the car is used, it will be valued by QP. The car will be in both names (yours and QP) until the car loan has been repaid.

Only one allowance will be paid by QP.

Many new senior staff employees are getting club membership in Hotels. I think club membership can be reimbursed.

Ticket depends on the contract, some people on definite contract get ticket only at the end of the contract.

If you are on family status you can sponsor your spouse and kids. They get medical insurance, annual ticket fare and children’s education.

You can clarify all these with your HR coordinator, they are the one to give the correct reply.

But air fare depends on season so do they look at the time I take vacation or do they take the lowest season fare?

QP benefit not covering club fees. QP used to have a falcon club recreational centre for QP senior staff. However the club now gone for car park space just cross the road from athlete village. There is no replacement since then ...

QP pay economy fare (the most recent fares) to your home country, what you going to do with that money is up to you.
