I had a job offer for metro construction (gold line). 30000 QAR/month for 8+ years of relevant experience all inclusive. Is this enough for a family with a baby? Or should I ask for more, lets say 40000QAR? Thanks

It would be better to accept the offer then make efforts to demand more after 3 months probation , I am sure within a year you will reach 40 K .......... Good luck ........ enjoy ... ....... .

The amount of 30000 QAR includes accomodation and transport allowance. Do you think that is not enough?

not bad for QA/QC engineer because that salary is average for Senior/Supervisor Position. you can demand about the accommodation since that will cost you a lot.. try to bargain the accommodation since you are in family status. welcome to qatar philos :D
