Probotion.

Dear Frnds,
I have been working with a company from 18-Oct-2010.My probotion period was 6 months and it ends on 18th-April-2011.
I have taken 10 days emergency leave and 2 days sick leave in the above period.
Keeping the above leave days i have a doubt that my probotion will ends on 18th-April or need another 12 days more...Please share your advice...
It depends on your performance & relation with co. some time it does n't matter some time it is. Also it depends on your company whether they are strictly following the rules or just on paper. It depends on many things.
With all due respect, taking sick days and "emergency leave" during probation isn't going to help your cause. The company has every right to extend your probation till such time as you prove your worth
