I agree with Shenila, 18k+ minimum. Otherwise stay with Shell for 2-3 more years and you will make a lot more in the future with some good experience.
Once you're here, you salary may only go up minimaly compared to inflation. So you should come here with a good starting salary.
No what they offering you is not enough. You should be getting a basic of 18000 minimum plus housing and transport and ofcourse free medical.
