Please advice of a suitable package !!!

QLr's, i got a question

i know UDC as one of the biggest companies in qatar but not much acknowledged with the packages it offers !!!!

so what would be a package for an admin assistant, and is UDC a place where you get promoted and roll forward in short period of time (if you have the capabilities ) or not !!!
