Is this offer worth it?

I am A US Architect. I was given an offer of QR. 30,000 total, monthly. Housing and transportation are included in that amount. I was told medical is provided by Qatari government. One airline ticket is offered and one month of paid vacation. No mention of tuition for kids.
I have a wife and two children, 4 years & 8 years.
I am looking for two bedroom furnished accommodation. What do you think as minimum compensation I should counter this offer? Thanks

Good lord that's low! You can easily spend half that on housing and the other half on tuition. Do not come from the US for less than your salary plus 25% plus housing, tuition, etc. The medical offered is only good in Qatar.
