As i've known most of the Filipino Engineer here in Doha have a minimun salary of QR. 7,000 plus Food, Transportation & Housing  allowance. For one month they can get QR.15,000. Mustafawi was located in C-ring road Doha Qatar.

the offer is not very low,it's the real thing.you don't have any gcc experience that's why they will not give you high salary.if they will give you an accomodation then you can give it a shot.after 1 or 2 years if they will not increase it and not satisfied, you can look for another company.now you can have the bargaining tool and that's your experience.don't be like others who looks for a job and expect a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow istantly.are you filipino?if you are, then not to worry because you have the patience and determination to make it anywhere in the world, not to mention hard work.good luck, hope you make the right decision...Lucky Charm

Prices of jasmine rice 10kg las time it was around 30 QR now its 41 QR and so on.........

A civil engineer with 3 years expeirane... i think u deserve more like 3000 usd.

The offer is very low, i suggest reconsidering.

I think you should not take this offer.  You can look for a Civil Engineer job only thereby you will get not less than QR.10,000 per month.
