I might suggest that he would not consider that he has a good lifestyle if he discovers he is making much less than those in similar jobs with the same credentials and experience. Always good to check it out.

Am always amazed at the answers given.. I know an Indian who earns 150k a month and a Brit on 30k..
All he's asking is whether 23k salary plus 12k rent is allows him to live a good life in Qatar..
