Need advice on my package for designer

hi guys!
Need an advice, on m package
After having trouble my last employer, I got an offer from a competitor.
I am interior designer, with 6 years experience, I am from spain/England
They propose me 18000 QR a month,with a free accomodation and a car.
i just arrive in qatar, and I have absolutly no idear what is the right salary!
please help

well, as an interior designer you are supposed to get a set percentage /commission per project.

.accommodation provided?

.is it decent enough for fine fella like you?
