MissT... are you kidding? I suppose this over 10K is on top of all the allowances, and yet still you are struggling? You are living life to its fullest... and I believe its quite an enjoyable one.(How I wish too!) Anyways, its your money and as well as your discretion to spend... BTW, do you need a "Wealth Manager"? I am offering my services...for free!(And now am kidding!)

Be happy always MissT! :)

Come on guys, It is not a bad offer. She is getting 8000 Riyals plus all other expenses(housing, medical insurance, phone, company car, annual ticket, paid holidays) paid by the Company. What else do you expect from a Mid size Company? What is the salary of those guys who said it is not good?

1900 QR looks more than sufficient for a sensibly spending single person, however greed has no limit...

I get over 10000 and I still struggle :P

8000 is still over $26000 a year tax free (equivalent to around a 40k salary if tax were to be paid in most countries) and housing is paid on top. If the poster had 10 years exp i would say way too low but with only 3 years, seems about right, maybe 1000 or so more but not much more really

Pay is not enough...I would ask for more, especially with your 3yrs experience behind you. Life here is great though! :)

I know plenty of single professional women here - they have no problems, seems a fair offer considering your 3 years experience, perhaps a tad on the low side.

In my opinion it is a good offer not bad as a single women as long as you have accommodation and transportation you'll need only food and other expanses lets say max 3000 you can save 5000 easily .

Seems ok..but figure out what are your KPI's relating to your sales percentage..If you are getting a flat, car, mobile and an annual ticket, it wont be so bad..after all with 3 years of experience you cant expect the world..Rome wasnt built in a day..take the challenge and plunge in!

Am getting a sales percentage as well.

But, am not aware of this family status ?! What does it mean ?!

The company is providing a flat for me.

Basically its a Good Offer, however as a Marketing Person you can claim a percentage from the sale, Further for family status otherwise it's very difficult to get an accommodation less than 5000 QRS.

Good Luck

Depends on your lifestyle. I would find much difficulty with the package personally.

I also would not advise Doha as a good place for single women. It is very safe but you might find it difficult to negotiate without a husband or male family member. Many will think you very bold to be on your own (and not in the good way).

Good Day:

Personally speaking i dont think so that it is a bad offer. Considering you with a three years experience no doubt its a better choice. Consider other expenses which are other than your package i think still you manage to save almost 5ooo QAR.

If you are a starter i think you have to accept this, this might pave a good move to your future.Life here depends on individual, considering you alone you can manage in max 2000 QAR for grossery and outings.Where as you accomodation will be paid by company. So out of total 8000 QAR you just have to manage your clothing and food for a single person and if you are on dieting that is also not an issue then,

Best of luck

You can Survive with this package, but you cant really LIVE here with it .. ask your employers for minimum of 10,000 exclusive of all other allowances
