Hey everyone.....Nice meeting every1 here...I was searching for you all in other forums.....

I was feeling lonely...lol

Recently I went to CBQ and it took me hardly 5 minutes to open an account and even I dont have to fill the form myself. I just wrote my home country address on the form that it. All was done and I was out of bank like flash. The people are professional there and I like CBQ.

Desert rose, dont worry, your visa would arrive soon. This visa processing do take a little while. There is no problem in getting manager visa for indians. All are just speculations. If they company has a quota for a certain nationality then there is no problem in getting the visa.

I have my acount in mashreq bank fo 4 years and I didn't experience any problems with them at any form they are quite, helpfull and you will not take more than 15 minutes to finish your work with them not like other very busy banks

yeah...you can get a car loan from a bank without salary transfer...but you have to issue PDC's for the entire term of the loan..say 48 months..you have to give them 48 cheques...plus the company that you are working with must be listed with the bank...

I am Joining CBQ in a Months time..its more than a month that i have signed my offer letter.....waiting for my visa from CBQ to join....hows the work enviornment there??how long it takes for them to process visa...

well ur right in mashreq bank never works tht much..the employees over there getting salary in free...by the way i am Omar from Qatar working in Commercial Bank and new on this website :)

maybe it depends what position you will be working in... and maybe its just coincidence that i have 2 friends resigning from this bank... anyway no company is perfect, if you get accept to work for them then its really up to you...
