How is working with a Lebanese boss, are they approachable and kind? HOw bout the offer being a secretary for 3500 qr, it doesn't provide a housing and transpo allow. I don't have any experience working in gulf but I do have in my country for more than 2 years already. Please respond... thanks!

Your salary is ok provided you are provided a accomodation and transport as these are going to eat away all that is paid and with no means of any saving. If you are unable to save at least 50% you may better work where you are. Regarding the bass , it is not based on the nationality but the individual and i thing except a few people all others understand the other human being and you will be unluckey if you have a boss who has no value or feelings for others.God bless

Lebanese bosses are the same as Indian Bosses, Filipino Bosses, English bosses etc. There are some good ones and some bad ones. Please don't judge all by one.

as an entry point it's good and cannot expect much since you are new to the gulf.

You have no option.. you cannot choose your BOSS...

booooo! no, you can look for much better opportunities here as a secretary and with a much higher compensation. UNLESS, you're an entry level secretary. That should be okay... haggle for an accommodation allowance. :)
