One of the Guy Hes working in More then Six years In Doha He first time plan to went vacation So he ask me how Is paying Service benefit because his Company Did Not pay Any service benefit How He can Get service benefit as per Qatar labor Law I told him to check his agreement But when he came to Qatar still he dint sign any contract so he No more contract he ask Me 2 Question
1. When I go vacation How they will provide service benefit
2. when i go Exit How they will Provide service benefit
So My dear please Help this Guy he is very innocent

Service benefit/ Gratuity will pay only upon termination/resignation from the company. it is not released on leave/vacation
