Hi Neha,

We are in a same situation..I hold 3 years of HR experience in India and searching fro job since last 2 months. I faced problem with Arabic language. Most companies prefer Arabic knowledge. Also learning Arabic is not easy task.

Regards,

Hemali

It depends on the Company and the job. What sort of you are looking in HR? If you are asking for huge salary in smaller Companies they might probably tell you sorry and the bigger Companies will be looking for GCC experience as they are paying better salaries. As you are sponsored by your husband do some compromise with the salary for the time being as you will be getting GCC experience which will help you to find a job with a better salary.
