IT Salary in Qatar

Hello all there,

am certified from Microsoft in systems engineering and systems administering, and from Cisco in Networks association and networks professional ( MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, Network+, A+ )
Am Syrian and have 7 years experience in IT field work, and about to have a position from an IT manager and a General Manager in an IT company will be established soon in Qatar.
i have to confirm the offer, and i never had been in Qatar and have no idea about life costs and salaries in Qatar.

i need to know how much someone in my experience and work field takes as a salary.

your help and advices will be appreciated so much.

I have seen a offer yesterday through QL for IT engineer it was 18500 basic plus accomodation and insurance.
