Is it a good Package

Hi friends,

My friend working as a Document Controller(in a Contracting Co.) with 2 year experience having the salary 4200(basic) & 800 (Transport).Is it a good salary he has 3 year contract with that company.can he move to other company if others offer better salary than this.Anyone of u have an idea abt the slary of this job.His family is also here.
