interview in QP

i am working in qatar for privat company, last January i got telephonic interview from QP HR, than 5 weeks later did face to face interview with Manager for foreman position.
after 3 weeks i did not get any information regarding my status. if somebody knows please share with me:
1. how long the recruitment process in qp, is manager recruitment process faster than foreman process?
2. is there any influence the level of education to determine the grade level in QP?
3. if i am selected should i undergo medical check up again in Qatar?

Recruitment process can take up sometime as there could be different level of approval or even a 2nd interview if you are shortlisted. So I would say just be patient and hope for the best. Qualification & experiance plays a big role in any recruitment process.
