Hello,

Please I have a question for you guys. I've just been informed through QA that I was selected for the position of Information Desk Agent at Doha International Airport. Just wondering what kind of Salary shall be expecting? I'm 25 years old, have a university degree plus 1 year experience as a front desk officer. I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance

actually for this position Qatar Airways is offering now 4000 QR all inclusive ( Housing allowance which is 1500 QR deducted from your salary, transportation allwnce, which is 350 Qr; you will be paying 100QR of it to the transporter, ) so you will be earning 2400QR NET , I'm not recommending this offer to anyone unless you negotiate your offer first, otherwise your life will be miserable here believe me, i know what i'm sayin !!

if they offer you a lower than what gulabi said, please negotiate for the maximum pay they can give..because you will be receiving that salary til your contract expires or if not, for the rest of your stay here in doha, unless you are promoted.cost of living here will depend on your lifestyle also...but for the basic necessity like food, its not cheap because almost all are imported from other countries.
