Ideal salary

I am getting AED 10,000 in Dubai in a local insurance company. What should be ideal salary for me in an MNC insurer in Qatar.

Please advise me since I am in the midst of negotiation with the employer.

Go for a minumum salaray of Qr 20000..If they are providing u housing..As housing is very costly here,,!!

why u not apply for an engineer position since u r enginner, there r many vacancies here and u can get good salary

Your salary is only part of the Package- remember Housing is extremely expensive here.
