I want to know the detail of grade 7 employment benifits in Qatar

I recently got a job in IT in one of the ministry and i was categorized into grade 7. i have no idea as to what are all the benefits a grade 7 employee get. Could anyone please brief me the details of this grade benefits and the salary package one should get in this grade. Thank You.
grades and their benefits depends on company and will differ from company to company, so we cannot generalise the benefits based on grade 7
Hadi grades and their benefits are as per company policies and HR scales. Since not all companies are equal any information you get here in the forums could be misleading.
Why don't you approach again the HR dept of the company offering you the contract and ask them for the benefits.
Once again the public forums could be providing misleading responses that could create expectations beyond what you'll be receiving; better talk to the company again.
