I need assistant here please!
I am security professional. I came into Qatar with a freelance visa, with the status of a Tile Maker...I got a job as security trainer in a company and transferred my sponsorship. They promised me the following:
1. To make my family join me after six months.
2. To increase my salary after six months.
3. Give me a car after three months
When it was six months, I approached the manager...He said know till I complete one, then he can increase my salary. For my family, I will sponsor their airfare, but he will take charge of the visas and accommodation.
On the issue car, he his silent..what do I do now? Please I need a brotherly advice..I have been here for a year and half and I have not see my family..Should I leave here on the completion of my one year contract, because they told me lies?
P lease what is the way forward for me now? Should l quit after one year, if they fail to fulfill their side of the bargain? Do I have a chance to move to other company afterwards? I was very desperate to move on since I had no better offer elsewhere at the time of this offer, so jumped at this. Please advice me.
you should have asked a signed offer of employment with those conditions mentioned. Now that you dont have any proof that those promises were made, you cannot claim.
