I got an offer in doha,How much should i expect

This goes into smaller details:

1. Your potential employer has a good reputed but it is a family owned business.

2. Good companies generally tend to look for qualified accountants in senior accounting roles and they are willing to pay more.

3. MBA is not a relevant qualification for any senior accounting position though you might have your degree complemented by relevant experience. Again with MBA, it does matter a lot 'MBA from where'.. I mean which school.

4. Since you are not a qualified accountant, they might not be willing to give you a very good offer. QR 10k to15k (excluding housing) would be generous if you could negotiate that with them.

Yes, probably 13k to 15k is a good offer, but tell them you are looking for 16+ then they might finally agree on 15K with other benefits like housing etc, do mention you will be calling your family. Please read the contract carefully so that you dont regret later.

All in package ask for about QR50k per month. Otherwise tell them to shave it.

Being an MBA u shud get atleast 22K-25K. But for a Snr Acct positon I doubt that they will offer more than 12-15K. If they offer 15K then ask for family accomodation + children school fees.

Dont know about this company's salary range...but the company maintains a very high profile and reputation for sure. As a Senior Accountant....you should expect a minimum of 15K plus Accomodation and other privilages.
