How Much will you pay for Indonesian nanny who can speak english and good in cooking?

We pay only 700 and if she is 100% after some time will be paid 850.

I don't understand why you people pay 1000 for housemaid just to start working with you. In our case (Qatari) we will pay 1000 after she stay working with us for long time not less than tow years and i'm talking about Philippine not Indian housemaid.

From what i can see happing in this web site that some people are trying to make you people pay extra money exactly like they do when you pay or sale used car. I have seen it money times with used car you pay much more than qataris.

I am an Indonesian myself (But I am Admin Officer here in Doha).

Just want to give you some info, most of maid/nanny from Indonesia, they only graduate from junior or senior high school, unfortunately very rare of them can speak English. Speaking about cooking, our cooking is extremely different from western style or may be Indian cooking.

As far as my knowledge, most of philipina nanny graduate from college, that's why most of them speak english and paid higher.

If you lucky you might find Indonesian nanny with good english, so Qr 1000 or 1200 she deserve (thinking she probably spent fortune to take english course)

why? is their any difference between indonesian who can speak english and cook well? just follow and give the salary and other incentives written on their contract.

If she can speak English good and Good in Cooking why her come for Nanny job?? Wonder!!
