I HAVE RESIGNED FROM MY JOB - I JUST WANT TO DOUBLE CHECK HOW MUCH WILL BE MY BENIFITS

MY TOTAL MONTHLY SALARY IS QRS. 5000.00 AS OFFICE MANAGER
OUT OF THIS QRS. 1000 AS HOUSING ALLOWANCE
AND QRS. 4000 AS BASIC

ANNUAL LEAVE FOR 30DAY WITH RETURNED TICKET
i last visited on 16/10/07 for 20 days

and my last date will be 8/04/09 in office

Three weeks salary per year worked, pro-rata'd for part years. Plus outstanding holiday pay.

hope it would be 1 month basic salary up to 3 years than onwards 1 and half month, from 4th month onward

you have to check your contract first and your end of service benifet clause,usually it is 1 month basic salary per year.
