Came across a few of your comments in the forum for Mannai corp. I have a few queries about Mannai & was wondering if you could share your insights !

1. How stable & reputed is the organization ?

2. Visa's, NOC's etc if you want to move out after 6 months or a year , Does the company help out then ?

3. Should I negotiate on the salary part as it's somewhat below par ?

I am not sure about job security at Mannai, its is based on business and company's strategy and profits.

In general and personal exp in Gulf, there is no job security in this region, everybody works here to achieve short term goals, make fortune and go back.

Skywork - If you are an average Indian bachelor like the ones I used to know when I was young;you would not spend more than QR 5 K. Sharing accomodation would be around 2 to 2.5 k and rest all can be covered for the remaining 2.5 k. With what you are earning now it would be a good idea to move here as your potential for saving would be higher here significantly.

I have been trying to get into this company and have never been lucky to get an interview with them. :(

Thanks for the details.. What do you then, is it worth to move here or stay back? I am unmarried and would prefer sharing accomodation. What could be the total cost of living for me including accomodation (sharing), Food (will hardly go out and prefer cooking it at home), Transport and entertainment (movie or something once in a month)and General shopping (only necessary things). If you could give me some brief idea, it will really help.

Well then I guess you should take this offer if it is around what I have mentioned above.

You can expect a basic of between QR 9-11 k and HRA - QR 5.5k to 6.5k. Mobile All - QR 500 and Transport All - QR 700

I am getting 8.5 lacs indian rupees per annum in India.
