How long unpaid salary issue takes to solve?
Hi all,
Lately, I complained to the labor office through email regarding my non payment of salary and after few days they called me and told me that they will get back to me soon. After that they contacted the owner of the company and told him to report to the labor office on a certain day. I would like to know what is the next step now? What they are going to ask the owner and will they call me also and how long this process will take? Will they be able to resolve the matter or the case will go to the labor court. If it goes to the court then for sure it will take time any idea how long it will take?
If the case goes to the labor court, how I will survive without salary if it takes time and would I be allowed to work in the same company till the decesion is made? Are these things considered by the labor officials while the case is going on in the court?
Any idea where is the labor office?

go to labour dep in industrial area street no 23 they will call your compny same time and ask them to come to the labour dep and ask them to pay your salary in 2 days if they nt pay you then they will send your file to the court and in court ma be in 10 or 15 days u will get ur money...
