How to get a job and expected salary in Qatar?

I have a dual citizenship of Turkey and USA. I live in the US. I had my MBA from a top 30 business school and BBA in finance and international business from a state university in the US. I have been working in financial industry for 10 years as Senior Finance Manager, Revenue/Risk Manager as high as at Vice President level. Currently I work for an energy/utility firm as a Project Finance Control Manager. My salary is before tax including bonus is $110K/annually. I want to move to Qatar so I can get closer to my family in Turkey. How can I get a job? Is it difficult to get a work visa for USA or Turkish citizens? What salary range should I expect? Thank you for any decent advice.

You are telling that you have dual citizenship. Use USA citizenship to get job here in Qatar, you will get Job & More salary easily......
